I've had some QT time with my latest lens, Canon 24-70 f/2.8L. I do like it, it's very versatile...but I find the reviews on this lens a bit overhyped. It's a great lens at most, I love that it's wide enough and tele enough for my uses. But I just can't get the same quality as I get with....

Hands down, still forevermore, Canon 50 1.8 is my favorite lens. Of course, I use both depending what I need it for.
Next purchase is a toss up between a Canon 100 f/2.8L Macro or 135 f/2L! I'd like to get both, but a decision must be made on which first to get.
